I had a slight issue getting the plugin installed and I promptly made a support ticket and was provided absolutely excellent customer service. The response time was immaculate, and they are VERY kind and quick to assist any issue to arise. Will definitely be recommending this to anyone looking for a crates plugin. Absolutely amazing.

Phoenix Crates is a plugin with many customization options and solid potential for different server types. Unfortunately, its core system — rarities and percentages — does not work in a logical or practical way. When using multiple rarities with several items each, proper balancing is not possible. Either the rarity is rolled first and all items within that rarity have the same chance, which makes fine and fair balancing impossible. Or you can assign individual percentages to all items globally, which makes the entire rarity system meaningless and purely cosmetic. There is no way to combine these two approaches, such as setting a base chance for a rarity and then adjusting the chances of items inside it. For comparison, Excellent Crates solves the rarity concept perfectly, but is unreliable in practice, as its developer often breaks the plugin with updates. Phoenix Crates has good potential, but improving its rarity system would significantly increase its usability.
