Who can join the affiliate program?
Anyone with a Phoenix Plugins account. Joining is free and takes less than a minute from the affiliate section of your dashboard.
How long does my referral link last?
When someone opens your link, it is remembered for 30 days. If they buy anything in that time, the sale is yours. Customers can also enter your code at checkout instead.
How much commission do I earn?
Your first 10 sales earn 10%. Once you have 10 sales in total, every new sale earns 15%, and from 20 sales 20%. Sales are counted over your whole time as an affiliate, not per month, and your rate never goes back down.
When can I cash out my commission?
Each commission is on hold for 14 days after the order to cover refunds. After that it becomes available and you can cash out once you have at least €10.
What happens if an order is refunded?
If an order you referred is refunded or disputed, the commission for it is reversed and removed from your balance.
Can I use my own link or code?
No. Purchases made from your own account do not earn commission.
Where can I see my stats?
Your affiliate dashboard shows clicks, orders and conversion, every commission with its status, your bonus progress and ready-made links for every product.
How do I get paid?
Cash out instantly as store credit with 20% extra. Manual payouts are only available for registered businesses and self-employed affiliates, and need your billing details (legal name, address and tax or VAT number) plus an invoice for the amount. Contact support to arrange one.
