The plugin itself has great potential, and with paid and free addons it is very customizable. However, the after-sales support is simply unacceptable. I have been waiting literally weeks for a resolution on a Folia bug. Bugs happen, but leaving customers hanging with zero urgency and no dev-verions or hotfixes is frustrating when you run a live server and pay good money for premium add-ons. To be clear: this review is NOT a bug report. It is a review of the response times and complete lack of customer care. As a server owner, relying on a developer who takes days to communicate and weeks to fix a small issue is a massive headache.

Your ticket got escalated and our escalation queue had no one assigned to it, so it fell through the cracks while we kept shipping updates and fixes for our plugins.
