I'm using Phoenix for everything on my server and it's awesome!! And PhoenixCrates is the best of all other Plugins!

The plugin itself has great potential, and with paid and free addons it is very customizable. However, the after-sales support is simply unacceptable. I have been waiting literally weeks for a resolution on a Folia bug. Bugs happen, but leaving customers hanging with zero urgency and no dev-verions or hotfixes is frustrating when you run a live server and pay good money for premium add-ons. To be clear: this review is NOT a bug report. It is a review of the response times and complete lack of customer care. As a server owner, relying on a developer who takes days to communicate and weeks to fix a small issue is a massive headache.
Response from Phoenix Plugins
Hey Gino, you're right and we are sorry. Your ticket got escalated and our escalation queue had no one assigned to it, so it fell through the cracks while we kept shipping updates and fixes for our plugins. That's a gap in our ticket routing and we fixed it. Regarding the Folia issue, we are taking a look at this moment and will update you in the ticket.

This is an extremely excellent plugin. My players love it very much. I used this plugin to consume a large amount of the players' gold. Now there is no need to worry about currency inflation.

We really did not want to migrate again because it is usually a pain every time, but PhoenixCrates support made this migration easy. The team was friendly, replied fast, and helped with every step until everything was solid, 10/10

Switched from Excellent Crates last month and this one is way easier to manage and less buggy. My staff learned how to work with the plugin in one night.
