Why can't a player use a currency?

Either the currency needs a permission the player does not have, phoenixcurrencies.currency.<id>, or it is limited to other worlds or servers. The message the player gets tells the two apart.

Paying a single player can also be refused by the currency's payment settings: payments turned off, an amount below the minimum, a daily limit or the cooldown.
