Every line the plugin can print lives in one file:
PhoenixHolograms/translations/translations.en.yml
Messages to players, command replies, the lines of a new hologram, the countdown wording and the whole in-game editor are all in there. Edit it and run /pholo reload to apply the new text.
Everything sits under en at the top of the file. Translate the right-hand side and leave the keys and the placeholders alone. Anything wrapped in % is filled in by the plugin, so %hologram% and %player% have to survive the translation to keep working.

click:
cooldown: "%prefix%&cWait &f%seconds%s&c before clicking again."
%prefix% at the start of a message is replaced with the plugin-prefix line, so the prefix of every message is changed in one place. Remove %prefix% from a message to send that one without it.
The tokens section sets the language of day and month names in {date:} tokens, as a language tag such as en-US or de-DE, and the wording of {countdown:} tokens for days, hours, minutes, seconds and once the date has passed.
The defaults section holds the lines a new hologram starts with, the first line of a new page, the text of a new line, and the header, rows and footer a new leaderboard starts with. Changing them only affects holograms made afterwards.
New keys reach your file on their own, with their English default. Keys you already have are never touched, so a message whose default wording changed in an update keeps your old text.
