Why can't I click my hologram?

#Answer

A hologram only reacts to clicks once it, or one of its lines, has at least one click action. Until then it has nothing to click.

If it has actions, check its Click Permission and Click Cooldown. A player without the permission is told so, and a click during the cooldown tells them how long is left.
