📜 Purchase History & Undo

On this page, you will find how to look through every transaction and how players undo their last one.

#Purchase History

Every purchase and sale is stored in the plugin's database: who made it, in which shop, what item, how many, the price and the currency. The purchase history lets you browse, filter and export all of it. This is a Premium feature.

Open it from Editor > Purchase History, or with /pshop history. The editor first asks which trades to show, so each list stays short:

Type Shows
Shops Purchases and sales in the shop menus.
Chest Shops Trades at player and admin chest shops. Each row names the shop's owner, or its name, says whether the shop still exists and, while it does, where it is. Shift + left-click a row to teleport to that shop.
Sign Shops Purchases and sales on admin sign shops.

/pshop history shows shop menus and sign shops together, as before. Trades at player shops are only listed under Chest Shops, and they are never counted in sales statistics or the daily summary, and never undone with /pshop undo.

Command Permission Description
/pshop history phoenixshop.command.history Opens the history for everyone.
/pshop history <player> phoenixshop.command.history Opens the history already filtered to one player.
/pshop history export [player] [shop] phoenixshop.command.history Writes the history to a CSV file. Use * as the player to export everyone. Works from the console.

The list shows the newest transactions first, each with the item, the amount, the price, the shop and how long ago it happened. The item and amount are what actually changed hands, so a sale shows the sell item rather than the shop icon. It refreshes by itself while open, so new transactions appear without reopening it. An undone transaction stays in the list, marked as undone.

Clicking a transaction filters the list to the player who made it.

#Player

Shows only one player's transactions. Left-click and type the player's name, or leave it empty for everyone. Right-click clears it. Any player who has joined the server can be picked, online or not.

#Filters

Narrows the list further. Right-click clears every filter except the player.

Filter Description
Shop Only the transactions of one shop. Not offered for player shops.
Item Only one item. The list offers only items that appear in this history, in the chosen shop if one is picked. Changing the shop clears the item.
Type Only purchases, or only sales.
Time All time, the last hour, today, the last 7 days or the last 30 days.

#Totals

What the transactions in the list add up to: how many there were, how many items were bought and sold, and how much players spent and were paid, per currency. Undone transactions are left out.

#Export

Writes every transaction matching the current player and filters to a CSV file in the exports folder, ready for a spreadsheet. The file name carries the filters and the time, so exports never overwrite each other.

The file has one row per transaction with these columns: time, player, shop, kind, item, lots, items, price, currency and undone.

#Undo

/pshop undo lets a player take back their own most recent transaction, a few seconds after a misclick. A purchase is returned for a refund, and a sale is bought back for the money it paid. The exact items and amount of money move back, so a sold tool returns with its wear and enchantments. This is a Premium feature.

Command Permission Description
/pshop undo phoenixshop.undo Reverses your last transaction. Given to everyone by default.

Undo is set in config.yml, and has no editor option.

undo:
  enabled: true
  window-seconds: 30
Option Description
enabled Turns /pshop undo on or off for everyone.
window-seconds How long after a transaction it can still be undone.

Running it again undoes the transaction before, as long as that one is still inside the window. Each transaction can only be undone once.

An undo is refused, with nothing moved, when:

  • The player no longer carries exactly what they bought. A renamed, enchanted or partly used copy does not count.
  • The player no longer has the money a sale paid them.
  • The inventory has no room for the items a sale took.
  • The transaction's currency is not available right now.
  • The purchase only ran commands and gave no items.

circle-info

Undo only reads the main inventory and hotbar. Items that were bought into the off-hand have to be moved into the inventory first.
