On this page, you will find how players are told when a shop item restocks or goes on sale.
This feature is only available with the Premium Plan.
#Who Is Alerted
An alert goes to every online player who can open the shop and buy the item: the shop, its category and the item are enabled, the category is not hidden and is buying, the item is buyable and usable, and the player meets both the shop's and the category's conditions. The player also needs phoenixshop.alerts, given to everyone by default, and must not have turned alerts off.

#Restock Alerts
Players are told when an item comes back:

Restocked - the item restocks on its own, with
/pshop stock restock, or with/pshop stock setto more than 0. - On sale again - the item's availability opens, at its Available From time or when its sale window opens.
An item restocked while its sale window is closed does not alert until the window opens, and a window that opens on an item with no stock left does not alert. Sale windows are checked every 20 seconds, and the first check after a start or a reload only notes which items are on sale, so it never alerts.
Restock alerts can also be posted to Discord with the restock-alert webhook.
