Every option on this page is saved to the item's entry in its category's file.
The item that represents this entry in the shop. Left-click it to edit its name, lore, amount and properties on Display Item. Right-click it to receive a copy.
Drop an item on the slot to replace it. The dropped item's name, lore and data are taken as they are, and any name, lore or property set in the editor before is cleared. If the item had no purchase items yet, the dropped item is also added as the first one.
The items a purchase gives, and the item a sale has to match. It has its own page: Purchase Items.
Commands run when a player buys or sells this entry. They have their own page: Purchase & Sell Commands.
What a player pays for one purchase of this entry, whatever amount it gives. Short forms such as 1.5k or 2m are accepted. A price of 0 means the item cannot be bought, unless Free is on.
What a player is paid for selling one lot of this entry, a lot being the display item's amount. A price of 0 means the item cannot be sold.
Prices this item in another currency than its category's or its shop's. Left-click swaps between the currency types, starting at the inherited one, and right-click opens the chosen type to pick the currency. The types are listed on Currencies.
If the chosen currency's plugin is not installed, the item is hidden from the shop until it is.
This feature is only available with the Premium Plan.
How close a player's item has to be to this entry before the shop buys it back. The item it is compared against is described on Purchase Items.
| Rule | What has to match |
|---|---|
| Exact | Everything: material, name, lore, enchantments and custom data. |
| Material And Name | The material and the display name. |
| Material | Only the material. |
Anything looser than Exact lets a player buy something cheap, change it, and sell it back as this entry. Keep Exact unless the sell price is low enough not to matter.
What a player hands in when selling this entry, and how many one sale takes. Drop an item on the slot to set it, left-click to edit it and right-click to get a copy. Without one, sales match the display item. See Selling.
The most lots one purchase can buy. -1 means no limit. A bigger purchase is refused with a message naming the cap in items. The buy menu's add and Fill Inventory buttons stop at the cap, the bulk buy menu offers nothing above it, and a BUY_STACK click buys no more than it.
The fewest items one sale has to contain, rounded up to whole lots. -1 means no minimum. A smaller sale is refused. The sell menu starts at the minimum and cannot go below it, the bulk sell menu hides the options under it, and a SELL_ONE click sells the minimum. /sell, AutoSell and the Bedrock sell form skip the item while the player carries fewer.
Limits how many of this item are for sale and how many one player may buy, with a restock rule to bring it back. It has its own page: Stock & Restock.
This feature is only available with the Premium Plan.
Checks a purchase or a sale has to pass, such as a permission, a world or a placeholder value. It has its own page: Requirements.
This feature is only available with the Premium Plan.
The options most entries never need, on a screen of their own.
Lets players buy this entry without paying, whatever the buy price says. Prices show as Free everywhere. Stock, player limits, requirements, max per purchase and purchase commands still apply, and the sell price is untouched.
A free item with a sell price can be bought for nothing and sold for money. The money loop audit flags it, unless stock or a player limit caps it.
Lets worn tools and armour be sold to this entry. They are paid by the durability they have left, so a tool at 40% durability sells for 40% of the price, and Damaged Minimum sets the lowest share they ever pay. When it is off, a worn item only sells with the Material selling rule, at full price.
Buy Message, Sell Message and Cannot Afford Message replace the normal message for this entry only. They take %amount%, %item%, %price%, %currency% and %balance%. Empty falls back to the category's message, then the normal one.
A disabled item stays configured in the category but is hidden from the shop, and cannot be bought or sold.
The unique id of this item inside its category. New items get a generated one.
Stock counts and Sign Shops point at the identifier. Changing it starts the item's stock over and unlinks any Sign Shop that uses it.
Deletes the item from its category, after a confirmation.
This option is permanent, and items can't be restored.
