Every NPC is its own file in the npcs folder, named after its id.
Stand where the NPC should be and run /pnpc create <id> [type]. Without a type it is a player NPC with the default skin, named after its id.
The lime pane in Editor > NPCs creates one where you stand too, with a generated id such as npc_1234, and opens its editor straight away. Ids cannot be changed later, so use the command when the id matters to you, for example in tags or other plugins.
Every NPC is listed by id, with its type, tags, location and whether it is enabled. The tag filter shows only the NPCs with one tag, and while a tag is picked, a second button turns all of them on or off at once.
