#Admin Permissions

| phoenixnpcs.command.create | Allows user to use /pnpc create and /pnpc copy. |
| phoenixnpcs.command.remove | Allows user to use /pnpc remove. |
| phoenixnpcs.command.edit | Allows user to use every edit command, /pnpc movehere included. Also shows NPCs that have a setup problem, see Why does my NPC show a red name?

Every permission defaults to OP. Players need no permission to see or click an NPC.
#NPC Permissions
Each NPC can be limited to players with a permission of your choice, see Visibility Permission. A [PERMISSION] action stops the actions of a click for players without its node, see Action Types.
