🎒 Purchase Items

On this page, you will find everything you need to know about what a purchase gives and what a sale matches against.

#What a Purchase Gives

Purchase items are the real items a player receives when buying this entry. The display item is only what the shop shows, and is never given. An entry can hold as many as you want, and every one of them is given on each purchase.

Purchase items Purchase commands A purchase gives
Set Any Every purchase item, then runs the commands.
Empty Set Nothing but the commands.
Empty Empty Nothing. The entry cannot be bought, and the editor warns on the Purchase Items option.

Buying several at once multiplies each purchase item's amount by how many were bought. The player needs room for all of them, or the purchase is refused and nothing is taken.

#Add an Item

Click an item in your own inventory to pick it up, which turns the list green, then click anywhere in the list to add it. The item is taken from your cursor, exactly as it is, enchantments and custom data included.

Every purchase item in the list shows its lore and amount. Left-click one to edit it, right-click it to receive a copy.

#Edit a Purchase Item

Each purchase item has its own display name, lore, amount and item properties, separate from the display item's.

#Purchase Item

Drop an item on the slot to replace this purchase item, keeping its amount. Right-click it to receive a copy.

#Display Name & Display Lore

The name and lore the given item carries. Left empty, the item keeps its own.

#Amount

How many of this item one purchase gives, from 1 to 64.

#Remove

Removes this purchase item from the entry and hands it back to you.

#Selling

A player sells this entry by handing in items that match its Sell Item, set from the item editor. Without a sell item, they have to match the display item. How close the match has to be is the item's Selling Rule.

One sale takes the sell item's amount of matching items and pays the sell price once, so an entry can sell a block of diamonds but buy back single diamonds. Without a sell item, one sale takes the display item's amount.

In the item editor, drop an item on the Sell Item slot to set it, left-click it to edit its name, lore, amount and properties, and right-click it to get a copy. Its Remove button clears it, so the display item is matched again.
