The three track placeholders take a crate identifier. Use * to read the "any crate" track.

A track whose tiers have all been claimed reports - for next and 0 for remaining, so a scoreboard line can be left in place once a player finishes the ladder.
A player whose crate data has not finished loading reports N/A rather than a wrong number. Seeing it briefly on login is expected.
