PhoenixLobby supports PlaceholderAPI, allowing you to use player data from our plugin in other plugins that also support PlaceholderAPI. Below is a list of the available PlaceholderAPI placeholders as well as our internal placeholders that you can use in holograms.
| Placeholders | Description |
|---|---|
| %phoenixlobby_playervisibility_state% | Returns On/Off if the user has visibility |
| %phoenixlobby_playervisibility_boolean% | Returns true/false if the user has visibility |
| %phoenixlobby_players_online% | Returns the amount of users online, vanished ones excluded |
Every count on this page leaves vanished staff out, on this server and across the proxy alike. Any vanish plugin that marks a player the usual way is picked up, which covers Essentials, CMI, SuperVanish and PremiumVanish.
The network-wide numbers are worked out on the proxy and handed to the backends, so every server reads the same figure instead of each one counting for itself.
A backend without PhoenixLobby on it cannot report who is vanished there, so staff vanished on that server still count towards the network numbers.
| Placeholders | Description |
|---|---|
| %phoenixlobby_is_pvp% | Returns true/false if the user is in pvp mode |
| %phoenixlobby_pvp_kills% | Returns the pvp kills of the user |
| %phoenixlobby_pvp_deaths% | Returns the pvp deaths of the user |
See PvP for the mode these count.
| Placeholders | Description |
|---|---|
| %phoenixlobby_proxy_total% | Returns the total amount of users on the proxy. |
| %phoenixlobby_proxy_<server_name>% | Returns the amount of users connected on a server. |
These two only work if PhoenixLobby is installed on the proxy server.
The proxy also reports the slots, the MOTD, the version and whether each server is up.
The maintenance has its own placeholders for whether a server is closed and how long is left.
Alt Protection has its own placeholders for the accounts sharing an address, and for where that address is located.
The parkour has its own placeholders for runs, statistics and leaderboards.
The following work anywhere the plugin writes text of its own, such as the scoreboard, the tablist, holograms and its messages, on top of every PlaceholderAPI placeholder.
| Placeholders | Description |
|---|---|
| %online% | Returns the amount of users on this server |
| %max_online% | Returns the slot count of this server |
| %plugin_version% | Returns the PhoenixLobby version |
On the hologram of an NPC, %proxy_online% returns the amount of users connected on the NPC's linked server.
The linked server is the one you pick with the compass while editing the NPC.
