They are almost certainly in Lost Items. Run /duellostitems to get them back.

The plugin never drops or deletes items it owes a player. When it cannot hand them over, it stores them until the player claims them. That happens when:

• A match with item betting is cancelled and the player's inventory is full when the stakes are returned.
• Winnings are paid out while the player is offline.
• A kit or reward cannot fit in the player's inventory.

Players with something waiting are told so a few seconds after they join the server.
