Copy crates/, keys/, menus/, translations/, config.yml, templates.yml, internal_storage.yml, rarities.yml and the add-on configuration files. That carries every crate, key, reward and menu across.

Placed crates live in locations.yml, so copy that too if the worlds are coming with you. A location pointing at a world the new server does not have is skipped.

Player progress is not in any of these files. Virtual keys, cooldowns, opened counts and win limits are in the database, so point the new server at the same MySQL database or bring the SQLite file along.
