❓ Why does my crate say there are no rewards available to me?

The crate has rewards, but none that this particular player can win right now. Work through the list below, checking the reward's own settings in the editor:

• The reward is disabled.
• The player holds one of the reward's Restricted Permissions.
• The player is missing one of the reward's Required Permissions.
• The reward's Win Limit has been reached by that player.
• The reward's Global Win Limit has been reached by everyone combined.
• A Win Limit Cooldown or Global Win Limit Cooldown is still running.
• The reward is time limited and its window has expired.

With the Rarity add-on installed there are two more:

• The reward's rarity is disabled, which makes every reward under it impossible to win.
• The key being used has rarities assigned and none of them match any reward in the crate.

A quick way to narrow it down is to try the same crate as an operator on a fresh account. If it works there, the cause is permission based; if it does not, it is a limit or a cooldown.
