❓ Why does my license say maximum concurrent sessions reached?

The same license key is active on more servers at once than your plan allows. On a network this usually happens after the plugin is copied to several servers behind the proxy, each of them validating the same key.

Stop the servers you do not need running and restart. If you genuinely need more sessions, contact us on Discord and we can raise the limit on your account.

A server that crashed without shutting down cleanly can leave its session registered for a short while, so if you are sure nothing else is running, wait a few minutes before getting in touch.
