The message "Hold on! We're still loading your data" means the player's record has not finished coming back from the database yet. The crate refuses to open rather than risk reading a stale key count and taking a key it should not.

It normally clears within a second and the player can simply click again.

If it happens constantly, the database is the bottleneck. Check that your MySQL server is reachable and responsive, then look at the connection pool settings in Main Configuration, where raising fetch-timeout or maximumPoolSize usually solves it.
